In 2024, he completed his Executive MBA with a focus on Leadership, before venturing into entrepreneurship as founder of M.A.S.T. Global Ltd. and other start-ups; each with a clear commitment to supporting the wider community and the next generation.

Dr. Dhipteen Braich

(PhD)

A member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), Dhipteen holds a PhD in Psychology, specialising in option generation and decision-making under stress. She completed her doctorate in 2024, overcoming the challenges posed by Covid-19 by developing an innovative, novel approach to stress-testing candidates in a virtual environment. Dhipteen is also a registered RQTU member, bringing both professional experience and a Masters in Occupational Psychology.

To support your journey, we are fully qualified to carry out personality profiling using the Identity Personality Questionnaire and NEO-PI-R.

The Identity Personality Questionnaire provides insights into your strengths and talents, along with workplace behavioural preferences. NEO-PI-R (NEO-Personality Inventory Revised) is a well-established, psychological tool that measures the Big Five personality traits; Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness & Neuroticism (OCEAN). This helps us to better understand your personality traits across various contexts, both in and out of the workplace.
